Pros

Very fun group of people to work with. Great benefits as far as the skiing goes not sure about summertime jobs.

Cons

Worked graveyard shift which was an eye opener if never worked a graveyard shift before. Midnight to noon hours were hard to get used to.

Pros

Location, Location, Location :) Beautiful place. Fun jobs, fairly laid back and fun approach to the ski school and mountain operations side.

Cons

Hard to advance to a proper career here unless you wish to be a ski bum for an indefinite amount of time and wait for people to keel over or move on. Hospitality side of the business doesn't usually participate in many of the ethics of the mission statement. Much lacking in work-life balance many times of the year. Seasonal nature of the town and thus, business levels.
