Pros

This is the best trained, highest paid ski school in North America, without a doubt. And of course the facility of 4 great mountains can't be beat. Good uniforms, great systems in place for training, and lots of people that are truly enthusiastic about the sport and teaching it.

Cons

The ski school is, like most, all about who's tush you are kissing. If you're coming in with your own trust fund and an attitude kissing tush, you'll do great. If you have respect for yourself and won't kiss tush, but also need to make a living, good luck. The current priority system makes it all but impossible to get work, as the old timers who can barely ski or teach still have priority.
