Pros

I was a lift attendant on Snowmass Mountain. We got paid more than lift attendants at any of the other Colorado resorts. It's great to get the free ski pass for the season and Snowmass can be pretty affordable if you're living in employee housing in the Commons. A great group people from all over the world and from every corner of the US to work with.

Cons

Because it's seasonal a lot of the employees don't really care about keeping their jobs or making a good impression, so be prepared to have to overcompensate for the coworkers that are slacking.
