Good about promoting a work life balance.

Cons

Too much preaching, not enough doing. A lot of incompetent people in Management, Senior Management and Director positions. Skico tends to keep a lot of employees on board out of courtesy and due to time with the company. A lot of dinosaurs in this company. This (ultimately) affects the bottom line and the efficiency of the company.
