Great opportunities to be recognized and advance. Folks in this industry are young, vibrant and from diverse pool. It is hard NOT to make good friends in this fast paced and customer facing environment.

Cons

Wish they had a 401(k) match for my position and length of employment. It is possible they offer it now.
