      Pros

      Great atmosphere with very smart people, and people who are passionate about what they do. They are engaged and willing to go beyond what is expected.

      Cons

      It's a non profit, so expect that kind of pay. I don't have too many cons, but people work hard to accomplish things well.

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work for Ashoka is the opportunity to interact and collaborate with the incredibly talented staff at the organization and promote a great social cause.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, like many other nonprofits, the channels of communication are a bit inefficient, the org is understaffed, a bit overworked, and not quite as efficient as one would like.
