      Staff SOOOO committed and passionate! Innovators in the field. True serial entrepreneurs on staff, not just in the field/as Fellows.

      Cons

      work/life balance can be tricky at times, but I guess that comes from the people and their passion, not just the overall culture.

      a great organization, full of people who really care. lots of space to co-create, innovate and really drive impact

      Cons

      if you are not an entrepreneur you might not like the working style. you need to be able to learn fast, move fast, innovate and take initiative.
