      Pros

      Ashoka is a place for inspiration. Great colleagues, and working with Ashoka Fellows is one of the greatest experience one could ask for. Ashoka is also one place where you could thrive if you can find alignment with Ashoka's vision, and your entrepreneurial hunger. Its one of the most honest organization out there.

      Cons

      Its not your typical hierarchical organization, therefore often lacks direction. However, one should have the resilience, self discipline and mental toughness to overcome this.

      I learned so much from exposure to Ashoka's social entrepreneurs and loved the creativity and freedom the organizations offers its staff at all levels. Entrepreneurs can flourish here!

      Cons

      The creative spirit comes at the price of organization and efficiency. If ambiguity bothers you, this is not the right place for you.
