      Great people (super enthusiastic and friendly, empathetic and mission oriented)

      Cons

      Comes at the cost of low NGO salaries and top down management Interview process is way too long and needs to be restructured if Ashoka wants to retain its employees

      Not a place to get anything done. All talk no action, If you really want to do something don't even think. Great potential to do bigger things, however, no direction or even a plan to make anything happen to change the world.
