      Pros

      Ashoka has a knack for finding and hiring incredible talent. Smart, experienced, international and overall good people. If you're looking to hire someone who was previously at Ashoka, you've found reliable and solid talent. There are also incredible opportunities for early career exposure that is invaluable.

      Cons

      Very difficult leadership structure to navigate. Most people leave at the Change Leader or Director Level because an internal promotion to SVP or Leadership Group Member is unlikely to take place. Entry level salaries are also quite low for the non-profit sector.
