Upper management does not seem to care about the folks actually doing the work in the trenches, finding ways to cut pay substatially by tweaking commission plans to make it almost impossible to make commission, even though we are working our butts off. Always feeling like you could be laid off at any moment. And they seem to make some poor decisions going in too many strange directions. But they make sure they still take home their millions.

A very poor corporate culture. Supervisors generally lack Diploma's and common sense. Most employees are disgruntled , overworked and burnt out. They feel hassled by management who seem to hinder more than help the employees. H.R. inept is virtually non existent so employees have to fend for themselves. I would stay far away from this place.
