Cons

Being a large company, even profitable, fast growing business segments have to take their share of Op Ex reductions during downturns, which can definitely seem demotivating.

The company offers opportunities to have stability. Benefits are multiple and higher than the law. Work loads are good, not exagerated.

Cons

Favoritism is the rule to get promotions. Human resources deppartment does not perform a good job, they only defend the interest of the company affecting employees. Managerial style is very bad, they are not kind or nice.
