Pros
Interesting co-workers, stable job, paid the bills.
Cons
The managers were horrible. I saved the company $80,000 a year (at my location alone). They never even once thanked me, and did everything possible to make themselves look good as a result. I learned and trained my co-workers on a new system, including my managers and still had no appreciation expressed at all. It really made for an atmosphere that felt oppressive and unrewarding.
