      Pros

      Great learning experience with diving into the a growing industry of cloud solutions. Bosses are very goal oriented and the office feel is friendly in their newer section.

      Cons

      Poor communication between the management and lower employees. Not clear expectations as a result of this that can hurt the progress of different projects. No clear career growth paths due to budgets for each department.

      Glad to hear you've had what sounds like an overall positive experience at Arrow! It's true it's a big company, but one way we've found to make it smaller is to get to know people outside of your department, and chat with people as you see them. Who knows how many great people you'll get to meet?

      Family style environment in Melville, NY. Very efficient workplace Finance office occasionally compensated for long hours worked.

      Cons

      Company moved to Colorado, as such NY employees were laid off. Sometimes has long hours Medical benefits could be better
