Pros

They have a ton of money and spend it only on their execs or by continuously buying up the little guys.

Cons

They are a dirty company. Sorry, and I hope this gets posted, but candidates need to know - they are not a normal company, and their management is slime, hence the reason I'm no longer there. Seriously, if you are a millennial, you can find work anywhere. Do not waste one second interviewing with or working for this company.

Good environment. Ability to grow and develop. Good leadership at all levels and strategy is good. I recommend working there.

Cons

An industry continually getting squeezed by their OEM partners as well as changing programs to discriminate. VAR customers can potentially underappreciate value
