Large company with good benefits but still has major flaws.

Good benefits package, good industry and product education, well respected company. Decent work culture and some great people across the teams.

Cons

Poor leadership, especially sales leadership. Poor career progression - no path to move within the company.

It's great to hear your thoughts about working at Arrow! With regards to career pathing, we're revisiting our job profiles on site (currently) and hope that mapping them out will enable us to encourage managers to foster conversations with their employees about how to move either cross-functionally or upwards. Job wasnt bad but discouraging work environment

Pros

The actual day to day tasks are not bad. Benefits are decent but better in other states (states where corporate locations are).

Cons

My biggest gripe is the management holds no one accountable. Its always the next person that needs to fix something, never who actually made the problem. Trying to do a good job is discouraging because it is rarely acknowledged. Work environment is dusty and hot in the summer.

Great team approach. Management is awesome. We get paid overtime on top of our OTE package. Lots of incentives & spiffs available.

Cons

Long hours at end of quarters. Always in front of a computer. Very much reactive at times.
