Clear leadership and business direction, which is communicated to all staff on a regular basis Fab set of benefits (include health, social, fitness etc.) Great opportunities for career and personal development via various internal development courses, goals, training etc. Very employee centric - all trying to make Arrow 'A great place to work'. Organic culture, focused on innovation, non-micro management style - free to innovate! Although global, I feel more than a number! Great focus on the future, five years out ...

Cons

Typical of a global company - governed by many processes and procedures, but this has benefits to in terms of job security etc.

Pros

This is a good company for college grads that want entry level customer service positions to add skills to their resume.

Cons

Some of the employees are childish, lots of favoritism among management and employees & the gossip factor in this place is high. Turn over is real high.
