Room for you to Grow

Pros

Huge company with lots of room to grow. After a year in one position you can apply to different business units to expand your knowledge base and skills. Emphasis on teams, as well as individual contribution. Good benefits compared to my last employer.

Cons

Consistently changing, which can be difficult for some. My opinion to to keep working hard and that the hard workers generally rise to the top. If not, the skills you developed during that working period can certainly be used at another company.

Pros

Arrow is a great company to work for. The finance team that I am a part of work well together and is highly efficient. There is growth potential as well as flexibility when it comes to work/life balance.

Cons

There are several finance functions where there is high level of turnover which effects efficiencies in many aspects of the day to day business affairs.
