Pros

Good Salary and Benefits. Good immediate management relationships. Enjoyed working with fellow Co-workers. At one time, company provided vehicle transportation and Cell Phone. Location was good.

Cons

Not Stable Employment. Can be laid off without notice. Even though performance is rated high. No advancement opportunities. Acquiring good companies then change direction how it will proceed with business strategies.

Company is approx. $25 billion worldwide and is a solid company, been employed for almost 15 years.

Cons

Pay scale doesn't meet the needs to live in the SF bay area.
