Cons

It's not a great place to work. There are no real growth opportunities or any scope to learn new things. They still follow the old manual process for everything and don't want to upgrade to any new technology. There are very limited internal opportunities to move to different teams. Micro-management and unnecessary zero-productive meetings by managers to just waste your time and mandatory attendance even on your off days.companies location is worst there are no proper restuarants to have food, no cafeteria, no proper employee engagement activities.
