Pros

Highly respected in all levels of the IT channel. Arrow employees are top notch! Most managers enable you to do your job.

Cons

Our customers (VARs, SIs) compare us to broad line distributors which are commodity based. We are a Value Added Distributor with focus on the data center and all aspects of cloud. A challenge is trying to get our customers to understand the difference. Customers may leave Arrow for price but return for our value.
