Company does not understand all of the businesses they purchase and struggles to integrate them. Technologies change faster than their ability to integrate them

Pros

Arrow truly believes in developing their Interns and the program they have set up really allows interns to get the full experience! Interns are treated with respect and dignity throughout the whole internship and are often converted to full-time after they graduate. If you are looking for an Internship you will actually learn from I suggest applying to Arrows program!

Cons

Communication is often key and sometimes it is missing. However, with a company as big as Arrow it's one of the realities. Communication truly begins to be the employees responsibility to be informed.
