really need a better work/life balance

cross training available. benefits offered to part time workers. paid Holiday's and Sunday's off. advancement opportunities available.

Cons

12 hour days 6 days a week. No work life balance. Management needs to be more involved with workers. Supervisors need to supervise.

It's a job... If I could give it 0 stars, I would!

Cons

Extremely high turn over rate of employee's and management. In 2 years, we had 3 different GM, and I cant even count how many Sup's or leads! No real organization, just run assets as told, then get chewed our for missing SLA.

It is great to work for a Fortune 500 company and one of the most successful and profitable in the state of Colorado.

Cons

Company moral is extremely low. You would think there would be more benefits to working for such a successful company but they are very stingy.
