      It's a job and arrow is a large company with good benefits it is a changing world and arrow seems to keep up

      Cons

      Not good money for the work. Always short handed and expect employees to take up slack when someone is out, fired, or someone quits

      -Great Managers -Lots of room to grow and advance in the company - Learn about Arrow and what they do as well as learning about their VARs and end users

      Cons

      -Lots of late nights -Quarter ends and months ends are very stressful -Dealing with customers to collect money can be hard at times.
