Lot of smart people in the branch offices. Lot of smart engineering support for the sales reps

Cons

Top Heavy with VPs and Directors that have lost touch with the customer base, spend all their time reporting up (on other people's work) and are in their own little worlds (no consistency across territories in reporting or expectations). Old boy type of company.
