- Fantastic people; intelligent, passionate, friendly and highly talented - Influential in the market; access to latest and greatest in the IT channel - Global business; a lot of different ways to sell, innovate and network

Cons

- Opaque management structure; "frontline" staff are in the dark about company decisions - Staff turnover; never worked in a place with so many people leaving on a regular basis - Continuity; complete lack of thereof, difficult to form relationships with colleagues or clients - General disconnect; managers/BSM's often had no idea how their employees worked and what they do day to day
