Large established company with solid benefits

Cons

The AIS division is completely understaffed from an Inside & support standpoint. Their business is high touch, high value. You can't do that at their current staffing levels both in Denver and in the field.

-Sloppy, stagnant employees -Lack of internal technology to streamline business processes -Very political -Average pay is low; most high OTEs find there way on the layoff list -Decisions are made by a "club"

Cons

No opportunity for advancement unless you know someone in management. Current mid level managers are Kings and Queens, make life difficult for their employees. Most employees are extremely unhappy
