Nice office. New people are nice.

Cons

No professional development, no training, no management support. If your job requires you gather information from other departments your going to have a rough time, because of all the turnover. Also, management is trying to rectify the company culture, but I doubt it will work as all the replacement is at the lower level positions, and the executives are still the people from New York who put on a show for culture improvement, but don't lead by example.

Pros

No growth, I don't see a reason to work here, HR department is hopeless, they don't care about employees. You will get free buttermilk, tea just like any Govt office in India, with which you can feed yourself night and day and become a goalless individual.

Cons

Arrow U.S. treats us like slaves. They will say work from home, work anywhere, but Arrow India management is crap, they don't have work from home option in their company policy, when you have been hired by Arrow U.S. in India, why can't you be allowed to work from home at U.S. MDT, PDT time zones and that too especially when you are a one man army like me.

Pros

They have a ton of money and spend it only on their execs or by continuously buying up the little guys.

Cons

They are a dirty company. Sorry, and I hope this gets posted, but candidates need to know - they are not a normal company, and their management is slime, hence the reason I'm no longer there. Seriously, if you are a millennial, you can find work anywhere. Do not waste one second interviewing with or working for this company.
