      Very nice office Opportunity to work on a large scale site Good work life balance Decent benefits

      Cons

      This is hands down the most dysfunctional place I’ve ever worked. Management more concerned about getting promoted rather than supporting their team. Internal politics cripple any form of productivity. So. Many. Layoffs.

      Possibility of working from home. New Technology.

      Cons

      Company works in a reaction mode and not a proactive mode. The department works very chaotically and unorganized. No real direction is given on projects until the last minute and then the employees are expected to 'get it done'. When you ask for help understanding what is needed, everyone is too busy to give you the information. This company does not care about their employees at all.

      Work from home position. You are on your own, no manager cares enough to micromanage

      Cons

      Grossly understaffed. No support, upper management has no idea whats happening in the field. Losing valuable market share. New hires have no experience, to keep costs down at the expense of sales. Large exodus of senior staff due to poorly run day to day business. No merit raises in over 5 years.
