Bad management and leadership. There is a lot of political bias. No bonus for employees unless you are a director. Merit increase is a joke, even if you do a good job they will fight with you to get the merit increase. Pay is not competitive. No tuition reimbursement. The leadership needs to change. Employee moral is low. They will overwork you since there are so many layoffs and people leaving. Work/life balance is non-existent.

Where do you start: Unethical Treated like a slave No reward for hard work Benefits are terrible Upper management always looking for a fallout person No good deed goes without punishment. Fired and hired for lesser experienced people without cause It’s all about the mighty dollar for the Executives while the worker bees take the brunt of the work with no reward.
