I guess a paycheck could be considered a pro, but please look for a career elsewhere, you won’t regret it

Notice all the recent reviews are the same tone and verbiage, very sus in my opinion. Arrow lost many very good people over the last couple years, and it seems they just don’t give a crap. Horrible culture, and too wrapped up in diversity training. How about hiring based on merit? What a novel idea
