Consulting can be very intense and Arrow keeps long weeks to a minimum. Pay is fair. Good vacation policy. Reasonable about work from home.

Cons

It can feel that we are slow to innovate. Our expense system must be from the 1980s. If you work remote you may go a long time without hearing from corp leadership.
