Love the work culture. You can tell they truly care about their employees. Even the newer people I’ve come across have said they would have to be thrown out kicking and screaming before they’ll ever leave. Benefits are good and the managers I’ve interacted with have been great.

Cons

The company is great but you notice that there are a few archaic processes that makes work a little challenging. The changes are being made slowly but the more tenured employees have been, in my opinion, resistant.
