      Pros

      Benefits, Coworkers, Local Management, was very laid back.

      So Arrow Electronics acquired a local company where I was employed (Seneca Data). A few years later, they decided to close our local location and move all of the manufacturing/warehouse presence down to a location of theirs in Phoenix, AZ. We were made aware of this back in April of 2023, and said as of June 30th of that year, we're done. Come to find out, most of the employees down there are temps. That's why they closed our location, they think they can get the same amount of work, done cheaper. I'd like to know how it's going for them.
