Work/life balance, no micromanagement and good perks. President's club is pretty amazing and it is not difficult to win if you do your job.

Cons

Doesn't pay to market and VERY slow moving on everything. Especially when it comes to comp and promotions. They often try to pass lateral moves as promotions with only a 5-7% bump.
