Business Outlook
Pros
Strong performance is rewarded and recognized. Very knowledgeable & involved management and exec team. Good engagement at local level (good activities and communication in-office). Good internal communication on strategy and direction at both the HP team and overall Arrow levels.
Cons
Some of the remote employees had a harder time being engaged but could come into the office when they wanted to attend team meetings in person.
