      Pros

      Very interesting work. Very good work atmosphere. Lots of colleagues who know more than you.

      Cons

      Very little support for partners of engineers. It's awfully difficult for a foreigner to get a job in Trondheim unless you are an engineer. Spouses have a *very* hard time in Trondheim. And speaking Norwegian fluently is just one of the many hurdles they must face in order to get a job. Quite a few foreign engineers have had to go back to their countries because of this.

      Pros

      Work is challenging, but it's rewarding to see how the developed technologies work their way to end users. Good opportunities for growth, both in terms of career and technologies.

      Cons

      Sometimes lack of visibility of the big picture from engineering, making it difficult to understand some management decisions. Communications have improved on this over the years.

      ARM gives me a lot of opportunities and challenge to new world. really enjoy such exiting world.

      Thanks for leaving a review! We challenge all employees to be the best they can be, but also encourage them to go above that. If you feel you have the bandwidth, consider asking for side projects that can get you additional exposure to different teams/groups!
