      Pros

      Good place to work and learn. Average salary, but lot of perks. Funny place to work.

      Cons

      It starts getting bigger, we all hope it does not get the bad habits of big companies.

      Pros

      ARM is a market leader and in the front of technology for mobile, IoT and others. You have the chance to learn a lot, and as the Israeli branch is expanding there are opportunities for personal growth,and also ramp for possible re-location. ARM is also very good name on your CV. Salaries and benefits are good. atmosphere is good, not a lot of politics.

      Cons

      Being a small extension of an English company you are not at the heart of things, and your ability to influence is smaller. Another thing, hardly any public transportation available to the Kfar Netter office which means you must use a car.
