      Pros

      Innovative products and great colleagues and decent benefits but still not on par with standard SV benefits.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, too slow and scared of change. No decision making, no transparency and Executive Committee hoards decisions and refuses to delegate to qualified staff. Leads by fear, if you disagree, you are pushed out. Fix your culture problem, the UK vs. the US is going to destroy your company.

      no such. they treat employees like a resource .

      don't treat employees fair . not fair company. the culture is negative.

      Whilst the majority of feedback we receive from both current and former employees is positive, we are sorry that you didn't have the same experience.
