      Pros

      Arm has a good sense of community and the core beliefs are strongly regarded by employees and leadership.

      Cons

      Because Arm is growing fast we are feeling some of the pains of change. The way we work and determining who to contact or partner with isn't as simple to define as it used to be.

      Interesting work, ethical company, employee well-being is treated seriously, salary is good, core values of the company are not just a slogan.

      Cons

      None yet but with an IPO looming and new CEO there's a danger of the company's core values being betrayed in the interest of pleasing stock market gamblers.
