      A great place to work.

      Pros

      Collaborative culture and amazingly intelligent people makes for a great place to work. There are so many opportunities at ARM and you really feel like you can make an impact because the company is still relatively small.

      Cons

      The company has grown quickly and therefore some of the processes are not scalable. As such there can be some bureaucracy but there is serious effort to improve this. The office environment in terms of facilities could be better. By no means are they bad, but there is definitely room for improvement.

      Thanks for your honest feedback. We completely acknowledge that we have grown very quickly, and some of our services haven't scaled to match our growth. We are investing heavily in our IT department both from an infrastructure standpoint, as well as personnel to ensure our employees have the best tools available to do their jobs. Hopefully with the expansion at ARM HQ in Cambridge, they can also do a quick refit of the offices there to make it a bit more modern! Thanks, -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager

      Neither small neither big

      Despite the current worldwide company size, it still has a smalle company mind set. It keeps an excellent can do approach!

      Cons

      This still not big situation of the organisation sometimes brings some weaknesses for best cross-site and cross-silo activities.
