      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      ARM has a great rotation program for new grads. You get to rotate to several different teams and understand more parts of the business so that you end up a better engineer. They're small enough to where you can know most of the business and move around. Its a good environment. There is an urgency to work done, but the office is relaxed.

      Employee diversity is low (in terms of gender, race, and lifestyle)

      Great place to work

      Pros

      ARM pays a competitive salary and has excellent benefits (time off, sabbatical, etc.). ARM's management welcomes feedback from everyone to make the company a better place. ARM has very low employee turnover, which is rare for a high-tech company.

      I can not think of any cons.

      Haven't had enough time here so cant comment much. Good incentives though.

      Seems too much micro management.Again cant comment as haven't spent enough time yet.

      Thanks for leaving a review! Every line manager will have different styles of managing, though trust is generally placed in each employee to get the job done without too much interference. I think more frequent conversations between you and your line manager in AFDS may reduce micromanagement, as she/he will be more apprised of your work progress.
