Thanks for leaving a review, especially over the holiday break period! As a company, we're quite open with communication and everyone up to the C-suite is accessible for a question, even to interns. We encourage everyone to ask questions and to challenge. Remember, one of our core beliefs is "Be your brilliant self". Without that, we would not have arrived at where we are today. You are absolutely right that we must be cognizant not to stay complacent in the industry - it can and has changed rather quickly in the last few years. To that end, our New Business Ventures team is always on the lookout for investment opportunities to diversify the ARM IP portfolio. In the last year, we've acquired four companies to help strengthen our core products, ranging from Radio IP (IoT) to Software Security, both high-growth markets over the next few years. Thanks for leaving a review! Our employees are what make ARM so great, and we're continually investing in the resources needed to keep it a great place to work. We've grown rapidly in the last few years, and had some growing pains with regards to processes and infrastructure, though we're working to improve on that as quickly as possible. The new ARM building in Cambridge should be breaking ground early in 2016 which when completed, should give everyone there a bit more elbow room.
