      Great place to work if you're an engineer, only OK for corporate functions.

      Pros

      Great benefits (compensation, PTO, sabbatical, etc.), work-life balance, interesting projects and genuinely nice people who collectively work together to get things done. Very rare to work for a company that has such an impact on the world.

      Cons

      The People Team are starting to see a lot of turnover and attrition. Very good people are leaving or being dismissed due to realigning of strategies. We don't follow our own rules of opening up new roles for everyone to apply to, with upper management playing favourites to key employees and assigning new roles directly without fair competition. Also, maternity leave needs to be brought in line with the rest of the tech industry.

      Pros

      1. Work culture is good. Managers involves team in technical discussions and also support in their professional growth. 2. One gets respect and reward for his/her hard work. So at the end you feel motivated to do your job. 3. Excellent team work among employees. 4. Local management addresses concerns of individuals and try to provide solutions which is rarely seen elsewhere.

      Cons

      1. No downsides of working here. Same work pressure is there in almost all the VLSI firms.
