      Pros

      Work independently and remotely a lot of the time as I am part of a global team, trusted and respected to do my job.

      Cons

      I don't get a bonus like some other bands/levels do, they're can often be a lot of bureaucracy due to working for a large global company which can be time consuming and frustrating.

      Salary, staff shop, some good people in potions that can offer support but not enough.

      Cons

      A strange culture, certainly protection of favourites, I saw examples of cover ups when serious breaches in policy took place. Tow the line or you won’t fit in here. If you are a “yes” man this is the place for you.
