Fantastic people. Great category to work in. Farmer owned cooperative. Great pace of growth. Willing to take a longterm view while also focused on short-term delivery

Bureaucratic and slow. We can be so much better. Mixed bag of senior management. Some very good. Some need to be changed

I Will recommend Arla Foods due to it's policy for employees professional growth. Arla Foods is a large corp and it is fairly easy to move and adjust your career in the organization.

Cons

As in all big companies politics can impeed progress if not controlled by strong leadership. When making large org changes remember to evolve And engage employes to avoid resistance.
