      Takes good care of its employees and will go far to help you into a new position if you want to try something new Good culture where people help each other

      High on bureaucracy - all decisions must go through many levels Not a very diverse Leadership team

      Flexible working hours and site safety

      Cons

      Horrible bosses and site directors Whole department and teamleaders have ran away since new manager was employed (currently 6 yrs ago). HR doesn't care and site director is ignorant about the issue. Also low pay while solving complicated tasks normally above my paygrade. And when offered to switch to new position, the job description doesn't match the tasks at hand. Whistleblower program is useless and not anonymous.
