Company doesn't take care of employees - Automation Technician Arla Foods Employee Review

Horrible bosses and site directors Whole department and teamleaders have ran away since new manager was employed (currently 6 yrs ago). HR doesn't care and site director is ignorant about the issue. Also low pay while solving complicated tasks normally above my paygrade. And when offered to switch to new position, the job description doesn't match the tasks at hand. Whistleblower program is useless and not anonymous.
