Cooperative for Farmers. Great products with great brands, good benefits, very focused on strategic plans at all levels focus on Lead Sense Create and closure to nature. Emphasis is on following the strategic plan and delivering customer service

Cons

At operational levels there is a heavy trade union culture that can inhibit continuous improvement when approached with a negative.

Compensation is below what other company's pay "the say we are above standard "no room to progress unless you kiss enough butt. Sales are in decline for a while now,MGM and CEO got a go are the biggest expenses in this company is in a big downfall

Great atmosphere. Company values are clear, emphasizing sustainable growth- both in terms of products as well as employees. Work/life balance is a top priority- many (especially with families) leave early and work from home in the evenings. High growth, allowing rapid advancement and new opportunities abroad. Very supportive environment.

Cons

Can be difficult at times due to the preference for speaking Danish, although this differs between business units.
