      Work-Life Balanced is OK,some of the benefits are the standard

      Cons

      Compensation is below what other company's pay "the say we are above standard "no room to progress unless you kiss enough butt. Sales are in decline for a while now,MGM and CEO got a go are the biggest expenses in this company is in a big downfall
